Qualifications

• At least one year out of high school and currently enrolled in or accepted into a postsecondary education or training program.
• Familiarity with Looker, Tableau, or another data visualization platform.
• Experience using Python to explore, clean, or analyze data.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Zoom and Slack is a plus.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while being open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support the efforts of our Affiliates and Strategic Partnerships team, as well as the Strategy and Innovation team.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and data-driven analyses.
• Engage in professional development activities and network with leaders across nonprofits and for-profits.
