Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to conduct legal research and apply it to disability law.
• Experience addressing diverse client needs and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation and pre-litigation settings.
• Perform legal research and writing.
• Handle discovery, motions, pre-trial, trial, post-trial, and appellate litigation.
• Participate in negotiations, mediations, and settlements.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation.
• Provide technical assistance and training to partners and staff.
