Job summary

Ampact's Recovery Corps program seeks a Recovery Project Coordinator to support local recovery initiatives. You will engage communities, coordinate projects, mobilize volunteers, and help expand services at partner organizations.

Join a mission-driven team, participate in training, and contribute to workforce development while earning a stipend through AmeriCorps. Position runs for the 2026‑27 program year with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance.
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (email, navigating online).
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A citizen, national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States.
• Able to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support projects such as: Facilitating research and data collection; Leading focus groups; Advancing health campaigns; Mobilizing volunteers; Creating education campaigns; Conducting training on pathways to recovery.
