Job summary

Hope Solutions seeks a Rapid Rehousing Manager to lead housing-focused services, supervise staff, and ensure program outcomes across multiple programs. You will collaborate with county systems, coordinate referrals, and monitor HMIS data quality while managing budgets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, psychology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• At least five years of experience with vulnerable populations, preferably homeless settings.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of housing-focused services to ensure client housing stability.
• Monitor program performance, data quality, and regulatory compliance across all programs.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and collaboration with community partners and funders.
• Represent Hope Solutions at community events and board meetings as required.
