Job summary

A leading chemicals trading company is seeking a QHSE Coordinator / Sustainability Coordinator to manage quality assurance and sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include developing quality management systems and leading sustainability efforts while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality management or sustainability.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
• In-depth understanding of Organic, Rainforest Alliance, and Fairtrade certifications.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality management systems.
• Conduct audits and assessments for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to meet quality requirements.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Develop and lead sustainability initiatives.
• Monitor QHSE and sustainability metrics.
