The Nourishing Networks and Environments to Thrive (NourishNET) Lab at Penn State is hiring a part-time Undergraduate Research Assistant to support projects on early childhood nutrition and community health. Responsibilities include data collection, literature reviews, and coordinating research activities.

Training will be provided; bilingual Spanish is highly desirable. This role offers hands-on experience in academic research within a public health nutrition setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, including translation/transcription.
• Support qualitative and quantitative analysis.

• Assist with light project coordination and tracking deadlines.
• Support logistics for pilot studies and community engagement as needed
