Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, polymer or materials science, sustainability, marketing, business, data analytics or related field.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Curiosity, attention to detail and comfort working with data and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, application and competitive research, then turn findings into clear business insights.
• Support product launches, digital content and product-information updates.
• Help maintain regulatory data and customer-facing product documentation.
• Assess regulatory changes and summarize potential business and customer impacts.
• Collaborate across marketing, product stewardship, product management and technical teams.
• Present project recommendations and deliverables to business stakeholders.
