Qualifications

• Certified teacher or must qualify for Rule 10 approval through the Kansas State High School Activities Association.
• Maintains communication with school personnel, and parents/guardians to enhance cooperative action which will meet the educational needs of students.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to read and analyze and interpret general professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Position Type: Part-Time
• Salary: Based on the Kansas City Kansas Supplemental Salary Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to the head coach of a sport.
• Assist the head coach with organizing and directing coaching staff.
• Keep accurate records and reports as required.
• Organize practice sessions and manage equipment and uniforms.
• Plan the awards ceremony and provide roster of athletes.
