Job summary

Onterris, a leading environmental solutions company, seeks an Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator in Loveland, CO. The role combines field and office work to support quality assurance for oil/gas clients and other projects.

You will develop and enforce HASPs, conduct safety audits, manage field data quality, and mentor field staff while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. The position requires travel locally and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and background checks.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• OSHA 10 or 30 Construction preferred or willingness to complete training.
• Familiarity with OSHA Construction or General Industry standards preferred but not required.
• 3-5 years quality assurance experience.
• Familiarity with Colorado ECMC regulations is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Solid organization and time/project management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of logistics of project resources and equipment.
• Assist with managing onsite schedules and daily field assignments.
• Support management and maintenance of PPE, supplies, and equipment.
• Assist with daily field safety aspects of site programs.
• Support meeting field data quality objectives.
• Support training and mentoring of field team personnel.
• Ensure field activities comply with Safety protocols and data handling.
• Conduct audits and inspections of fieldwork for safety compliance.
• Promote a strong safety culture and HASP development.
