Qualifications

• Desire to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Must implement positive behavior support and structured activities.
• Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with residents and cultivate supportive relationships.
• Provide support during skill-building activities.
• Implement individual treatment and support plans for members.
• Assist members with daily living activities.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of each member.
• Maintain required certifications for the DSP position.
