M+R is seeking a Digital Ads Manager in Washington, DC to manage and optimize campaigns for nonprofit clients. You will handle display/retargeting, video, mobile, SEM, and social ads, and report on performance across campaigns.

The role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and staying current with industry trends. Prior experience in media buying or trafficking and proficiency in Excel are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in advertising, with at least 1 year in a dedicated digital advertising role.
• Familiarity with campaign setup, trafficking, optimizations and reporting and analysis.
• Strong ability to manipulate and analyze data in Excel.

Responsabilités

• Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns across clients.
• Evaluate ad performance and produce detailed reports.
• Participate in client strategy and media planning meetings.
• Research new advertising venues and stay abreast of online trends.
• Carefully track all hours and keep project timelines.
