Workada is seeking detail-oriented evaluators to assess AI model outputs across text, image, video, and document formats. You will measure quality against criteria and craft clear, well-argued justifications to help improve systems used daily.

The role favors candidates with strong written communication, critical thinking, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines independently, in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• At least 1 year of experience evaluating or reviewing work against a standard (e.g., UI/UX, graphic design, editorial, QA, or technical writing).
• Based in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate outputs from AI models, text, images, video, and documents against detailed criteria.
• Assess quality, spot errors and inconsistencies, and write clear, well-reasoned justifications.
