Job summary

Swift Currie is seeking a Litigation Associate in Atlanta, GA to join a team of Partners, Associates, Paralegals and Legal Assistants on complex cases involving medical and accident records and technical issues. The successful candidate will build client relationships, communicate effectively with clients, insurers and counsel, and demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

ABA-approved JD and Georgia Bar admission required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school.
• Member and in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Three years of litigation/coverage experience in insurance defense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and apply law to case facts with independence.
• Draft clear, concise written submissions and proofs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, witnesses, and counsel.
• Manage deadlines and adapt priorities as needed.
• Represent clients at mediation and during depositions when required.
