Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages CoreCivic's classification system to ensure accurate offender status and placement.
• Oversees unit management activities during facility activations and staffing changes.
• Develops training materials and curricula for classification and unit management staff.
• Provides regular reports and performance data to stakeholders and government partners.
• Conducts staff assessments and corrective action planning for classification staff.
• Supports business development efforts and contract proposals.
