Equal Rights Advocates (ERA) is seeking two Communications Interns for Fall 2026. Qualifications

  • Undergraduate students in communications, marketing, multimedia, or public relations preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong interest in nonprofit communications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on projects with the Strategic Communications Team.
  • Create social media content and monitor digital marketing trends.
  • Draft copy for digital and marketing platforms.
  • Support event planning.

Skills

Strong written communication skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks
Experience with Canva
Experience with video creation or editing
Commitment to civil rights and gender equity
