Qualifications

• 1 year of professional or internship experience in social impact environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, International Development, Sustainability, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; Canva and Adobe preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide client service administration support: meetings, scheduling, logistics, notes, follow-up actions
• Contribute to multiple projects and manage workload to meet deadlines
• Assist with drafting, writing, and editing internal and external materials
• Conduct research to support planning and strategy
• Track social impact, ESG, SDG news and share updates with team
• Participate in new business efforts including research, proposals and pitches
• Support agency-wide impact and social purpose efforts
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Manage team administrative duties and lead executive calendar/travel briefs
• Work on-site a minimum of two days per week
