World Vision International is seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Management professional for a Local - Fixed Term role. You will develop and maintain data systems, ensure robust data collection and reporting, and support donor compliance across multiple projects.
Strong Excel and Power BI capabilities are essential, with fluency in Portuguese and English strongly preferred for global partnerships.

Fluent Portuguese (essential) Intermediate English (advantage)
Degree and/or professional qualification in: Monitoring and Evaluation Statistics Development Studies Social Sciences Related field
Strong field-based M&E experience. Experience designing M&E frameworks and tools. Experience with evaluations, assessments, and surveys. Proven analytical and reporting skills. Experience training and mentoring others in M&E. Understanding of donor compliance requirements. Ability to transform data into strategic insights. Experience managing complex datasets and reporting systems.
The strongest candidates would typically have: 5+ years of M&E experience, Strong Excel and Power BI capability, Experience with donor-funded programmes, Excellent report writing skills, Ability to influence programme and leadership decisions through data and evidence.
