Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience handling human blood and blood-derived samples.
• Experience following laboratory SOPs and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with standard lab techniques and equipment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process, handle, and evaluate human blood samples per approved lab procedures.
• Support development, transfer, and validation of cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Design and run lab studies per protocols; analyze and present data.
• Draft and revise SOPs, work instructions, and protocols.
• Support tech transfer and process implementation across functions.
• Maintain equipment and manage lab inventories.
