Incyte is seeking an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist to lead field-driven efforts for a first-in-class HS therapy. The role focuses on scientific discussions with dermatology providers, payer navigation, and cross-functional collaboration across Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in pharmaceutical or specialty healthcare sales, dermatology/immunology exposure, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic biologics or oral JAK therapies with a track record of strong sales results.
• Cross-functional experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing.
• Strong clinical selling skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Ability to travel within territory; must reside in assigned geography. Valid driver’s license required.

As an Immunology Therapeutic Specialist, you will play a key role in a high‑impact product launch, partnering with dermatology providers to improve patient outcomes and expand access to innovative treatment options.

What You'll Do

• Execute territory and account plans to achieve sales goals and support a successful product launch.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, key opinion leaders, academic centers, and large dermatology practices.
• Deliver compelling, evidence‑based clinical discussions on disease state, treatment guidelines, efficacy, safety, and patient management.
• Navigate complex access and reimbursement environments, collaborating with Market Access and Patient Services teams to help patients start and stay on therapy.
• Provide field insights and partner cross‑functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Access teams to drive business success.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven success in pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales.
• Experience in competitive specialty markets and/or systemic biologics or oral JAK therapies with a track record of strong sales results.
• Cross‑functional experience partnering with Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing.
• Strong clinical selling skills with the ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Ability to travel within territory; must reside in assigned geography. Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty healthcare sales experience.
• Dermatology and/or immunology sales experience; Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) or other rare/under‑served patient population commercial experience.
• Product launch experience and a demonstrated record of exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of patient access, reimbursement, and fulfillment processes.
• Familiarity with institutional systems, academic centers, and large dermatology groups, with direct selling in these settings.
