Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven sales professional to execute the territory sales plan and provide disease expertise to physicians, providers, and clinic staff. You will deliver engaging presentations, maintain wide territory coverage, and participate in ongoing training in line with company policies.

The role requires a BA/BS degree and 1+ years of pharma or B2B sales, with valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory. You must live within or near your designated area.

Job description

You have what it takes: a competitive drive coupled with exceptional sales ability.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers and serving as a disease expert/resource. You will:

• Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes specialty physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory
• BA/BS Degree
• 1+ years’ pharmaceutical OR Business to Business sales experience
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
