Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to execute the sales plan across a defined territory. You will deliver presentations to current and prospective customers and act as a disease expert/resource, engaging specialty physicians and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include territory planning, training participation, and achieving quarterly and annual sales goals while expanding within the territory. Valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required.
• 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

• Within an assigned territory, utilize all marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience which includes specialty physicians, healthcare providers and healthcare clinic personnel
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action
• Participation in training and development programs while abiding by all industry and corporate policies and procedures
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals while growing sales within the assigned territory

Essential Requirements

• BA/BS Degree
• 2+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Desired Requirements

• Recent experience in the geography (local market knowledge and existing relationships with target prescribers)
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success
