Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed established sales and territory objectives by developing and executing strategic business plans for the neurology market
- Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify opportunities and optimize customer engagement
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders, physicians, and decision-makers in neurology
- Communicate complex disease-state and therapeutic information with authority and clarity
- Present compliant and effective sales presentations to customers and at conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in the neurology field
- In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant experience is acceptable
- Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge is required
- Proven track record selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to Neurologists is highly preferred
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in larger, complex territories with multiple account types (private practice, academic, institutional)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
