Responsibilities

• Conduct cellular/molecular assays: culture, cloning, ELISA, qPCR, immunostaining, flow cytometry.
• Maintain rodent colonies and records; assist model creation via crossing techniques.
• Maintain instruments, procure supplies, and manage lab notebooks and protocols.
