Job summary

UCB is seeking an Ecosystem Partner to deliver and differentiate the immunology value proposition to executives and population stakeholders within influential health care organizations in the United States. The role focuses on establishing strategic partnerships, gathering insights, and enabling patient access to UCB products in collaboration with field teams.

You will engage with immunology formulary influencers, regional payers/IDNs, and micro-ecosystems, driving cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business or healthcare.
• 3+ years in key account management.
• 5-8 years of immunology and market access experience, sales leadership, marketing, population health, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or field medical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise and leadership with internal and external partners to build strategic partnerships aligned with UCB priorities.
• Model and lead collaboration within Immunology teams to achieve shared objectives.
• Co-develop and execute local strategic imperatives with field partners to maximize product access and affordability.
• Understand immunology business including customers, marketing strategies, reimbursement models and value-based care.
• Deliver and differentiate the immunology value proposition to Population Stakeholders and formulary influencers across HCOs.
• Develop advocates among regional payers/IDNs to support patient access and access-related initiatives.
• Map influential HCOs and key decision makers across Regional Payer, IDN, VC/PE ecosystems.
• Expand relationships across multidisciplinary teams involved in formularies and value-based care.
• Operate at the highest level of UCB compliance and professional standards.
