Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with 9+ years pharma/clinical drug development experience.
• Master's degree with 6+ years pharma/clinical drug development experience.
• PhD/PharmD with 2+ years pharma/clinical drug development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning, feasibility, execution and conduct of clinical trials.
• Lead Clinical Trial Team and direct study planning and governance activities.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and vendors to meet trial objectives.
• Coach and develop junior staff, manage resources and performance if applicable.
