Qualifikationen

• 0–4 years of clinical development experience in industry preferred; academic research considered.

• Facilitate assigned studies and support investigators on Regeneron‑driven trials.
• Anticipate and resolve clinical and study conduct issues as they arise.
• Initiate, propose, design, and execute R&D programs for early and late‑stage assets.
• Influence team decisions and drive alignment across functions in a matrix environment.
• Communicate clear messages through medical writing and presentations.
• Identify risks to studies and propose mitigation strategies.
• Engage colleagues at all levels with professional diplomacy.
