Legend Biotech in Bridgewater, New Jersey, is seeking a Scientist, Immunogenicity & Immunoassays to join the Bioanalytical team in Somerset, NJ. You will develop, qualify, and validate immunogenicity and ADA assays (ELISA, MSD, Luminex) supporting preclinical and clinical studies.

The role requires hands-on assay development, data interpretation, and regulatory documentation, with collaboration across cross-functional teams in cell and gene therapy programs. PhD preferred, 0–3 years experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with ligand-binding immunoassays (ADA/ELISA).
• Strong data analysis and scientific problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH guidelines for immunogenicity assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and validate immunogenicity and ADA assays (ELISA, MSD, Luminex).
• Analyze data and interpret results for preclinical/clinical studies.
• Prepare validation plans, reports, and regulatory documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in cell/gene therapy programs.
