Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Scientist, Immunoassays to join the Bioanalytical team in Somerset, NJ. You will develop and validate immunogenicity and biomarker assays (ADA/ELISA/Luminex) and contribute to method transfer, data interpretation, and regulatory documentation.

The role requires hands-on experience with ligand-binding immunoassays, strong laboratory skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams in a cell therapy and gene therapy program.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s with extensive industry experience in immunogenicity and biomarker assays.
• Hands-on experience with ADA/biomarker assays and ligand-binding immunoassays.
• Experience in regulated environments and data/documentation (LIMS/ELN).

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and validate soluble biomarker and immunogenicity assays (ELISA, MSD, Luminex).
• Troubleshoot assay issues with minimal guidance.
• Prepare and review protocols, validation plans, reports, SOPs, and technical docs.
• Analyze data with relevant software and ensure compliance with GXP/GLP.
• Coordinate samples and manage documentation with LIMS/ELN.
