Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a senior immunoassay leader to guide complex ELISA and Luminex product development from concept to release. You will drive projects, analyze data, and prepare reports for core teams while maintaining thorough ELN documentation.

The role requires advanced degrees and significant experience in biochemistry or biology, with preference for immunoassay development and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in biochemistry, biology or equivalent with 8–10 years of research experience required (or PhD).
  • Experience developing immunoassays is preferred and desirable.
  • Experience with electronic lab notebooks (ELN) and database management desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex immunoassay product development projects and drive milestones to completion.
  • Manage multiple projects with timeline and product requirements.
  • Gather and analyze data to inform future experimentation and process improvements.
  • Generate reports and presentations for core teams and stakeholders; document work in ELN.
  • Collaborate across departments and communicate workload and progress.

Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide.Pay Range:$78,100.00 - $128,500.00Position Summary:The responsibilities of this position are to serve as a leader in plate-based ELISA and bead-based multiplex Luminex product development efforts and create marketing collateral to support the continued expansion of the immunoassay portfolio. You will be involved in assay development from initial concept through product release, and work on problems of high complexity.
