Job summary

ChronicleBio seeks a Lab Technician to run plate-based immunoassays on human biospecimens for our biomarker research programs. You will handle day-to-day assay execution, from sample prep through data QC and reporting, valuing clean technique, careful sample tracking, and reproducible data.

Responsibilities include running ELISAs, preparing buffers and reagents, reading plates, and applying QC criteria. You will maintain LIMS/ELN records, support troubleshooting, and onboarding of new kits under

Qualifications

• BS in biology/biochemistry/immunology or related field with 1+ year lab experience.
• Experience running ELISAs end-to-end including standard curve analysis in Excel/Prism.
• Strong pipetting skills and handling human plasma/serum under BSL-2.
• Attention to detail and reliable documentation and sample traceability.

Responsibilities

• Run ELISAs and related immunoassays in duplicate per SOPs with exact incubations.
• Prepare buffers, standards, controls, and reagents; manage samples and data QC.
• Lay out and wash plates; pipette accurately with multichannel systems.
• Read plates, fit standard curves, calculate results, and apply QC criteria.
• Maintain LIMS/ELN records; report status and issues to the supervising scientist.
• Troubleshoot assays and onboard new kits or protocols as needed.
• Handle human biospecimens safely under BSL-2 and Universal Precautions.
