Job summary

Resolian is seeking an Associate Scientist, Immunoassay to join our laboratory team. You will contribute to bioanalytical studies supporting critical R&D programs in a highly regulated environment, gaining hands-on experience with immunoassay platforms, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, scientific curiosity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results that advance research and improve lives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field; advanced degrees welcomed.
  • Fundamental laboratory skills from academic, internship, or industry experience.
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment and follow procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic documentation practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with initiative and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Support the successful execution of sample analysis studies and laboratory projects while ensuring data quality and scientific integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready laboratory environment.
  • Document laboratory activities following GDP and quality standards.
  • Analyze and interpret data using applicable software platforms, with opportunities to expand analytical expertise.
  • Perform laboratory procedures, record results, and maintain study documentation per protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop knowledge of industry regulations and quality systems (GLP, GCP, GMP, CLIA, OECD, EPA, 21 CFR Part 11).
  • Collaborate with colleagues, cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders through clear communication.
  • Prepare reagents, solutions, and laboratory materials accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform essential laboratory support activities including labeling, inventory monitoring, waste management, and solution preparation.
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments to ensure optimal laboratory performance.
  • Assist with deviation investigations and documentation, contributing to continuous improvement and compliance.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to resolve technical challenges and improve processes.
  • Prioritize work and manage timelines in a fast-paced scientific environment.
