Job summary

Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) invites a consultant to support the National Immunization Program Performance Monitoring Tool. This international contract focuses on monitoring, analysis, and reporting to strengthen immunization systems across the Americas.

The consultant will work under CIM with PAHO/WHO guidance and deliver outputs in PAHO’s official languages where applicable. The assignment runs from 16 November 2026 to 30 April 2027 for 110 working days, with a daily rate of USD 258

Qualifications

• Essential: Master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, health sciences, health management, or a related field.
• Essential: At least seven years of national and/or international professional experience in public health, including immunization, program monitoring and evaluation, health program assessment, or related technical areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to selected Member States in applying the PAHO methodology for monitoring national immunization program performance.
• Support preparation of recommendations and national action plans based on findings.
• Prepare technical inputs, analyses, summaries for CIM and PAHO/WHO cooperation and meetings.
