Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required
• FERPA training required
• Experience with immigration regulations
• F-1 status regulations knowledge (ICE/DHS/SEVP/USCIS)
• Experience with UF rules and regulations

Responsibilities

• Process initial and transfer-in Forms I-20 for F-1 students
• Review financial documents and issue Forms I-20 via SEVIS
• Maintain audit-ready immigration records and ensure compliance
• Serve as Designated School Official (DSO) for assigned caseload
• Advise students on maintaining F-1 status and employment eligibility
• Liaise with ICE, DHS, SEVP, CBP, USCIS for SEVIS reporting
• Provide immigration guidance to academic departments and campus partners
• Support workshops, orientation programs, and educational materials
• Represent International Student Services in campus engagements and events
• Provide operational support and backup coverage as needed
