Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as co-counsel on hearings and represent clients at Individual Calendar Hearings.
• Appear in person for scheduled immigration court hearings.
• Advocate professionally and communicate case developments accurately.
• Follow attorney preparation materials and firm instructions.
• Report hearing outcomes using established firm templates
