Job summary

Meneses Law in San Juan, Puerto Rico, seeks a Case Review Attorney to join our immigration team. The attorney will review cases, advise clients on visas, petitions, and asylum, and represent clients in U.S. immigration proceedings.

The position requires at least 2 years of court experience and strong knowledge of immigration law. We offer a dynamic environment, competitive compensation of 90k–110k, incentives after one year, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Bar member in good standing.
• 3+ years of law firm experience.
• At least 2 years of court experience.

Responsibilities

• Review immigration cases and advise clients on legal options.
• Handle family-based petitions, waivers, and asylum matters.
• Draft petitions, motions, and requests for evidence.
• Manage complex immigration litigation with attention to detail.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
