Krgstaffing is seeking an Immigration Attorney in Buffalo, NY to handle a mix of business, family, and employment-based immigration matters for a growing client-focused firm.

You will prepare and file U.S. visa applications (B-1, B-2, L-1, H-1B) and Canadian entry documents, guide clients through naturalization (N-400) and family-based petitions, and draft immigration contracts with compliance guidance. Mentorship from partners and a collaborative culture are emphasized.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and file U.S. visa applications (B-1, B-2, L-1, H-1B) and Canadian entry documents
• Guide clients through naturalization (N-400) and family-based petitions (K-1, spousal, AOS)
• Draft and review immigration-related contracts and advise on compliance
• Counsel clients on cross-border travel and USMCA-related matters
• Gain hands-on mentorship and exposure to complex matters typically handled at the partner level
