Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school is required.
Active license to practice law in the United States in good standing is required.
Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience preferred.
Experience representing clients before USCIS and EOIR is preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent clients before USCIS and EOIR (Immigration Court).
Attend immigration court hearings and other legal proceedings.
Prepare, review, and sign immigration applications, petitions, motions, and supporting documents.
Handle or assist with federal court immigration matters as qualified.
Provide legal guidance in affirmative and defensive immigration cases.
Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff for case management.
Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
