Job summary

Cuningham seeks an Interior Designer II to translate story and character into immersive interior environments in Culver City. You’ll lead design development through multiple phases, coordinate BIM, and support on-site construction activities with a collaborative team.

Required 4–8 years in interior design and a professional degree. Proficiency with Revit, Adobe, and related tools is expected; Rhino/Enscape/Lumion are a plus. Compensation reflects national range and location.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Professional degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Experience across multiple design phases, from concept to documentation.
• Themed entertainment, attractions, or experiential design experience required.
• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM 360, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam.
• Exposure to Rhino, Enscape, or Lumion is a plus.
• Familiarity with FF&E selection and manufacturer coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop design solutions across all project phases, iterating collaboratively.
• Document projects with creative design and technical detailing.
• Explore interior materials and document regenerative options, considering codes.
• Coordinate furniture selections and engage with manufacturers.
• Conduct design presentations and coordinate BIM models with teams.
• Support construction administration and on-site observations.
