You will craft presentation-ready visuals for retail environments, collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams, and ensure concepts are feasible, buildable, and visually compelling to engage clients and drive new business.

Qualifications

• Experience with experiential, environmental, retail, or branded environment design.
• Advanced 3D visualization and rendering skills.
• Proficiency in 3D software and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating pitch visuals and client-facing assets.
• Strong understanding of spatial design and environmental graphics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
• Familiarity with modern rendering workflows and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for activations, events, retail environments, and branded spaces.
• Translate creative concepts into immersive visual storytelling that clearly communicates vision, scale, engagement, and experience.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and accounts teams through concept development and client presentations.
• Shape environmental design elements including layouts, materials, lighting, signage, and details within renderings.
• Create presentation-ready visuals, including hero renderings and environmental perspectives.
• Balance creative exploration with feasibility, ensuring concepts are buildable.
• Contribute fresh design thinking and trends across projects.
• Maintain high visual standards and consistency across deliverables.
