Package Squad LLC in Edison, NJ seeks full-time and part-time delivery drivers for Amazon packages. Earn starting pay $24.75/hr with performance bonus; overtime $37.13/hr over 40 hours. 10-hour shifts, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, weekly direct deposit, and comprehensive driver training.

Station centrally located near major roads and train access. Positions include full-time (4–6 days, 10 hours) and part-time (2–3 days, 10 hours) with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Physically able to get in and out of a vehicle
• Punctual with good time management
• Experience with larger vehicles preferred

As an Authorized Delivery Service Partner to Amazon, Package Squad LLC is actively seeking full-time and part-time Delivery Drivers (Amazon Packages) to join our team in delivering an ever-growing volume of Amazon inventory. Job Description

Full-Time Position: 4-6 days a week - 10 hours per day (after 4 days it counts as EXTRA HOURS/Overtime!) Part-Time Position: 2-3 days a week - 10 hours per day

Pay & Benefits for Delivery Drivers (Amazon Packages)

• Starting pay: $24.75 per hour, plus performance bonus
• Overtime: $37.13 per hour for hours over 40 per week
• 10-hour shifts

Positions & Schedule

• Full-Time: 4-6 days a week, 10 hours per day. Hours beyond 4 days (over 40 per week) are paid as overtime.
• Part-Time: 2-3 days a week, 10 hours per day.
• Day shift
• Weekend availability required: all drivers must be able to work at least one weekend day per week, even if not routinely scheduled for it.

What You'll Do

• Operate commercial motor vehicles in a fast-paced environment, safely and swiftly delivering packages on a new daily route while providing top-tier customer service
• Make upwards of 200 deliveries per day
• Work independently with the resources you need to meet team goals, including brand new step vans and innovative GPS technology
• Load 19,500 lb step vans quickly and accurately
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Build your experience and knowledge in the expanding logistics and e-commerce industry

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Pass a four-panel drug test
• Physically able to get in and out of a vehicle throughout the day
• Punctual, with excellent time management skills
• Some experience with larger vehicles (a Commercial Driver's License is not required, but preferred)
• Available for an increased workload and overtime during Prime Day week and peak/holiday season (November through end of December)
