Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking Warehouse Associates in Carlisle, PA to join the Distribution Department, supporting logistics and warehouse operations. The role involves loading/unloading trailers, selecting and packing orders, and keeping merchandise organized for shipment, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Two shifts are available (1st 6:30 AM–3:00 PM; 2nd 3:30 PM–1:30 AM). Benefits begin after a waiting period, and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trailers.
• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Sort, stage, and organize merchandise for shipment.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
