Job summary

Right at Home Care & Assistance seeks experienced Caregivers and HHAs to join our caring team in Wayne, PA. We have immediate full-time and part-time roles helping clients stay safely at home.

We offer $15-$17/hour, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, a wellness plan, referral bonuses, and paid time traveling between clients. A valid driver’s license, background check, and TB test are required; CNA/HHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a caregiver.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Proficient reading/writing/speaking English.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Background check and TB test required; CNA/HHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (hygiene, mobility, medication reminders).
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Help with meal preparation.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Light housekeeping and safety monitoring.
