Stand Out Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides to join our caring team in New Jersey. You will provide in-home care, assist with daily living activities, and offer companionship to clients in need, helping them maintain independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
