Home Helpers of Gwinnett is seeking a reliable and compassionate in-home caregiver to join our team in Dacula, GA and surrounding areas. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on caregiving experience and certification is a plus.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, providing companionship, and following care plans. The position offers a flexible schedule with Monday–Friday hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and opportunities for part-time to full-time work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Hands-on experience providing personal care is required.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers and meal preparation.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, punctual and responsible.
• Compassionate and patient with clients.
• Able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily assistance.
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining comfort and dignity.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines.

Requirements
