Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care to veteran clients in the Santa Fe area. The role offers flexible, short shifts (2–5 hours) with competitive pay of $25/hr and supportive supervision from field staff.

Successful candidates will have NM CNA certification, reliable transportation, and a caring, professional approach to daily activities for seniors. Training is paid, and mileage is reimbursed where applicable.

• Active NM State CNA certification/license required.
• Valid driver's license and Social Security Card.
• TB test within last year showing clear results.
• Must pass a background check and have experience working with seniors.

Knowledge And Skills Requirements

• Active NM State CNA certification/license

• Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results

• Two references required (One manager/supervisor and One personal)
• Must be able to pass background check
• Experience working with seniors

• Exceptional interpersonal skills
