Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior IMINT Analyst to support Intelligence Clients, performing GEOINT exploitation analysis and reporting across advanced GEOINT and FSG disciplines. The role includes producing tradecraft products and briefs for INSCOM and theater divisions.

You will collaborate with teams to deliver written reports, briefings, and multimedia presentations, coordinating across communities and managing multiple projects to enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• MAMS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography or related field and 6 years of GEOINT Analysis experience
• Or BABS degree and 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience including 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis
• Or HS diploma/ GED with 15 years Intelligence Analysis experience including 10 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis

Responsibilities

• Perform GEOINT exploitation analysis and reporting across FSG disciplines and INSCOM theaters
• Prepare professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-community meetings, assimilate large data sets, and support decision-making processes

Castalia Systems is seeking a Senior IMINT Analyst to support our Intelligence Clients mission sets Your role will be to perform GEOINT exploitation analysis and reporting of all Advanced GEOINT and Full Spectrum GEOINT FSG related disciplines tradecraft and products produced by INSCOM MIB Theater Integrated GEOINT Divisions IGD Sub disciplines include but are not limited to Synthetic Aperture RADAR SAR Electro Optical EO Moving Target Indicator MTI Light Detection and Ranging LiDAR Overhead Persistent Infrared OPIR Geospatial Information and Services GI&S Wide Area Persistent Surveillance WAPS geospatial data processing and general intelligence analysis

Required Qualifications

MAMS in Remote Sensing Cartography Geography or related field AND 6 years CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; or BABS degree in Remote Sensing Cartography Geography or related field AND 10 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 8 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experience; or HS diplomaGED AND Specialized Training with 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of CURRENT GEOINT Analysis experienceExcellent written & oral communication research and analytic skillsExpert ability to manage personnel requirements and coordination of projectsExpert capabilities to research create develop and deliver professional briefings multimedia presentations and written reportsExtensive experience supporting decision making and special projects on integration issues including the preparation production and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholdersExperience with assessments enterprise data integration governance and metrics including the application of metadata management techniques and data modeling and designExpert knowledge of Army structure and defense level intelligence operations intelligence collection fusion analysis production and dissemination for intelligence databases and productsExperience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross community meetings and working groups assimilate large volumes of information and independently produce written reportsAbility to work non traditional hours or days if mission requirements emerge

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and experience with intelligence operations and in assisting with drafting expert assessments across operations priorities on behalf of the stakeholder Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification to include GEOINT Professional Certification GPC F GPCIA II GPCGA II GPCIS II etc Knowledge and understanding of the National System for GEOINT NSGPhysical RequirementsWork Environment Normal Office environmentTravel As needed
