Job summary

Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC) in Grants Pass, OR, seeks an IMCU RN for the 12-bed unit operating 24/7. Responsibilities include collaborating with the critical care team and caring for patients with various complex conditions and drips. The role emphasizes high-quality nursing practices in a private-room setting.

Qualifications include a BSN preferred, 2+ years in acute care (CCU preferred), Oregon RN license, and BLS; ACLS within 6 months. CCRN/PCCN are preferred certifications.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute patient care environment preferred.
• Critical Care experience preferred; New Grad RN within 6 months of licensure may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with critical care team members (RT, PT, OT, Pharmacy, Surgeons, Hospitalists).
• Care for patients with PCA and epidurals; manage heparin/insulin/Cardizem drips.
• Support patients on respiratory support and those with stable tracheostomies.
