Gifted Healthcare seeks an Intermediate Care Unit RN (IMCU RN) in Guthrie, KY to provide high-level nursing care in a demanding IMCU environment. You will assess patients, monitor vital signs, and respond rapidly to changes in condition while coordinating with physicians and families.

You will perform physician-prescribed treatments, advocate for patients, and assist with examinations, procedures, and post-care planning.

Assess each patient’s needs and collect data (temp, BP, pain) per facility procedure.
Perform physician-prescribed treatments and communicate with patients, families, and physicians; advocate for the patient.
Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
