MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse for our 48-bed IMC/Medical-Surgical unit. You will care for patients across telemetry and IMC needs, including chronic ventilator management and insulin infusions, in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• ADN/BSN/MSN/CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and BLS required (AHA or American Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to a broad patient population and families across routine to complex needs.
• Assess evolving patient conditions, identify health concerns, and develop and coordinate care plans with the nursing team.
