Sentara Health in Virginia is seeking an IMC/Stepdown Registered Nurse for the Eastern Market Regional Resource Pool. This full-time night position requires travel to Sentara Leigh and Sentara Norfolk General Hospitals in Norfolk, VA, with varied assignments across ICU, ED, IMCU/Stepdown, and Med/Surg.

You will assess/admit patients, perform rounds, administer medications, and coordinate with families while delivering high-quality care.

The Eastern Market Regional Resource Pool also offers a variety of assignments, including ICU/Critical Care, Emergency Department (ED), IMCU/Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical opportunities. The base pay range for full‑time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
